Please be advised that as of Tuesday, September 2, 2014, all Full-Time (10) & (12) month employees must report all absences through SAMS(Source 4 Teachers). Attendance sheets will no longer be available. You have two options to report your absences, 1) online 2) telephone.
Note, that you must report your occasional absences such as sick and family illness (if applicable) within (1) hour of your start time on the day of the absence (exclusive of all Facility Staff Members). Future absences can be reported in advance. Please refer to your respective Union Contract in reference to request time requirements for vacation and personal day use.
All employees must still scan in and out of the Kronos machine upon your arrival and departure of your work day.
